We're 3 Generations Tree Service and we've been a tree service here in Denver, CO, since the 1950s. We've been family-owned and operated for three generations, offering free estimates, stump grinding, and emergency tree service. We started this business to provide our community with quality, reliable service. We're looking forward to growing our business to continue to serve Denver and the surrounding areas. Our Story

3 Generations Tree Service has been owned and operated by the Hemenway family since its establishment in the 1950s and is proud to serve Denver, Colorado and the surrounding area today. After gaining work and life experience from being a Marine and a lumber-jack, Dad founded the family business we know and love today. It was only natural for his son to follow in his footsteps and develop a deep appreciation for the profession. After obtaining his degree from Colorado State University, Brian Hemenway became a Certified Arborist.

At 3 Generations Tree Service, our team specializes in the planting and removal of trees, including stump grinding. We also offer trimming and pruning of tree limbs to restore your trees to their fullest potential. Experienced arborists understand accidents and natural disasters happen that require immediate attention, therefore we offer emergency tree services.

With family at the heart of 3 Generation’s Tree Service, we understand the importance of keeping yours safe and our emergency services assist in doing just that. Our team’s quality workmanship sets them up to handle storm and natural disaster damage. I rarely leave reviews online, but was so impressed with this company’s service I had to leave a review. We had three very large mature trees that had died and were leaning towards our house. Two other local companies would not take the work due to the state of the trees. After reaching out to Brian and his team, they arrived that afternoon to evaluate and give an estimate, and came out to do all of the work that weekend when we were home. The crew was hard working and professional. They cleaned up very well and even dug out roots in the backyard so they would not be a safety hazard for my boys. I was very impressed and highly recommend this business!!
